On Earth! and this couple decided to have all their friends and family witness their love here. Disneyland!
This is an modern yet luxe version of a “photo” thank you card. I love how the image printed so softly onto the vellum. The vellum is medium grain and secured with not only glue dots, but also really pretty self-sticking pearls.
The thank you card itself is a folding shimmery sand color, and on the inside the Bride & Groom can inscribe their note.
I hope you love the simple elegance to this chic presentation for a photo thank you card!

i love your blog, i have it in my rss reader and always like new things coming up from it.
Well! Here it is! The most extravagant invitation I have yet to create! Wow, I was so thrilled to have the opportunity to create such a gorgeous invitation for none-the-less, a gorgeous bride & groom! The invitation concept of a destination beach wedding was presented before me, and the bride an I worked together to discuss style, textures, paper options and of course the WOW factor!
This invitation starts out in an impressive gold box, wrapped elegantly with a dual soft satin ivory and a flirty sparkle tulle. Once open, the square pocketfold rests onto a natural wood shred. The invite itself is just begging to be opened! With a beautiful natural finger starfish, tied securely with a satin/organza mix ribbon and vellum bandwrap, accented with a regal satin beaded trim, I am not sure if I like the inside or the outside best! The inside is a mix of a 3-d waffle like textured shimmer paper from Nepal, and a heavyweight exclusive soft white cardstock. Each corner of the invitation is wrapped in ivory satin, and bordered with an antique gold cardstock.
This invitation was such a pleasure to design, and it has been the most labor intensive design yet! Thanks to all my girlfriends, bride, and bridesmaids who came to my rescue! My only sad face through this whole process was that I couldn’t attend this wedding, that I was invited to with such open heartedness!
Congratulations Sherri & Matt!
So I took my son to the Childrens Museum of Phoenix for the first time, and it was SO much fun. It was amazing to see all the unique art and activites they created with mostly recycled items. This was a wall outside the play area to designate where to put your shoes! Thought it was sooo cool how they reused all those baby + kid +adult shoes to make an artistic wall. I didnt even notice it was a wall o’ shoes until I got up close! There are even a couple pairs of socks thrown in there….

I was searching some online stores for hand made Italian papers and started reading about how fabulous the city of Amalfi is in Italy. The crazy thing is that I have been there… and know first hand about how enchanting this little micro zone is. It is so beautiful, so inspiring. Everything in Italy is awesome: the bread, the wine, the water, the air…. and the people! I started reading about how they create the “Italian Carnivale” or the Mardi Gras masks, and remembered my pictures from that area, and how I was truly amazed at their masks. This is a pic I took in Venice actually. I have it framed and hanging in my bedroom
Well, onto my continued search for that paper…….

Wow! That would be totally exciting! I’m sure you will experience wonderful memories together. It will be unforgettable.
What did you use to design your comment? It’s really awesome can you send me an email and let me know?
